NEW SHOCK ABSORPTION TESTER, model H034
To evaluate the shock absorption properties of footwear outsoles and materials or assemblies, according to new ISO 25149; Satra TM142 and pre-prepared to ASTM F1976-24.
The equipment is controlled by a PC which runs specific software allowing configuration of the type of tests and showing graphically the displacement, time, force, energy, deceleration, energy return, rebound height and test results, according to the requirements of each standard. All tests are stored in a data base allowing future analyze.
Software very interactive and easy to operate allowing automatic running of the test. Software execute all calculations and automatically analyze test results showing if pass or reprove, according to test specifications.
“BATA BELT” Flexometer
Purpose – Determine the resistance of footwear soles to crack initiation and growth due to repeated flexing, under room temperature, according ISO 16177; SATRA TM133
“BENNEWART” Flexometer
Purpose – Determine the resistance of footwear soles to cut growth during repeated flexing. It is also suitable to assess the effect of surface patterns, according to EN ISO 20344:8.6; ISO 17707.
